Live calls with Sarah will take place on Zoom every week, Call times will be rotated to ensure that everyone has opportunities to access the calls live. All calls will be recorded so if there is one you can’t make you’ll still have the replay. Calls for October are: 10th at 7pm, 15th at 10am, 24th at 7pm, 3rd November at 6pm. All BST/GMT.
This programme is a combination of:
- Pre-recorded, step by step video trainings and resources (including worksheets, checklists, guides and cheatsheets)
- Live 60 minute calls with Sarah Hill via Zoom
- Live guest calls
- Access to the Private Facebook Group
The programme is for you if you feel nervous or panic in the water, need to hold on to the side to feel safe, hate getting water on your face, feel unsafe in the deep end, worry you’ll sink, worry about getting water up your nose or have struggled to learn to float or swim.
Most importantly, it is for people who are ready to make changes, are open and receptive to learning new strategies and approaches and are willing to take action.
There will be multiple opportunities to ask questions to receive personalised feedback, support and direction via the live calls and the Facebook group where you also have the opportunity to tap into the collective wisdom of all the other participants in the programme.
All calls will be recorded and you will have access to the replays – so you won’t miss out on anything. You will have a chance to submit questions for Sarah to answer on these calls even if you cannot attend live.
We recommend dedicating a couple of hours per week (including pool practice time) to go through the From Panic to Peace content and implement the learning as you go so that you can get the very best results within the 90-day timeframe. The resources have been designed to help you get started right away. As with anything, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out, and the faster your results will be.
This will completely depend on how fast and how carefully you implement the strategies.

Yes, you will need access to a pool to practise the practical programme elements – the programme contains guidance to help you choose the right pool and manage any anxiety around going to the pool and practising.
You will need a pair of goggles, and you may wish to wear a swimming cap to help keep the hair out of your eyes.
If you would like to request a refund you will need to submit a written request within 30 days of the Programme start. Your request should explain where the promised services weren’t delivered.
