Live calls with Sarah will take place on Zoom every week, at 7pm UK time on Thursdays starting on 16th January. Replays will be available within 24 hours.

The programme is for you if you feel nervous or panic in the water, need to hold on to the side to feel safe, hate getting water on your face, feel unsafe in the deep end, can't take your feet off the floor of the pool, worry you’ll sink, worry about getting water up your nose or have struggled to learn to float or swim.

All calls will be recorded and you will have access to the replays – so you won’t miss out on anything. You will have a chance to submit questions for Sarah to answer on these calls even if you cannot attend live.
We recommend dedicating 1 to 2 hours per week to start with to get the very best results as quickly as possible. As you progress you will need less and less time although you may choose to spend more time in the pool as you'll find you actually enjoy yourself! (Don't worry, I will prepare you for how to manage pool visits) However you can of course work at your own pace that's why you have 3 months' access to my support. The resources have been designed to help you get started right away. As with anything, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out, and the faster your results will be.
