I'm a swimming coach who works with adults who panic in water.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with more than 400 adults who had tried everything and still panicked.
The issue was never them. Panic isn’t random, it follows the same sequence every time and once you see it, it makes sense.
Most lessons focus on the swimming problem. I focus on the panic problem first.
