Still panicking in water?

If you've already tried lessons, pushing through, or trying harder and nothing has really worked...

There is one thing standing between where you are now and being able to enjoy the water the way you've always wanted to.

And it probably isn't what you think.

I've put together five short videos to show you what almost nobody ever explains about panic in water... and why, despite everything you've tried, the panic has kept coming back.

Because once you understand what's really been stopping you, everything else starts to make sense.

"After the first video I realised this wasn’t me being ridiculous. Nobody had ever explained it like this before."

Paula, 64

You don't want to be an Olympic swimmer.

You just want to stop panicking.

So you can do what everyone else seems to find so easy.

You want to stop being the one standing in the shallow end, smiling while you watch everyone else having fun, when really it hurts more than you want to admit.

You want to be able to go and join in. To play. To splash and laugh and mess about with the people you love.

But the moment you think about lifting your feet, letting the water touch your face, or letting go of the wall...

...your body decides for you.

The dread floods your stomach. Your chest tightens. Your heart pounds. You feel like you're going to drown.

So you grab straight back for the wall.

You tell everyone else to go ahead. You're fine here.

And you watch.

You want to stop carrying the weight of all the times you've said no.

The holidays where you stayed in the shallow end.

The moments with your kids or grandkids you couldn't be part of.

The invitations you turned down because the thought of the water made your stomach drop.

And after everything you've tried, you've started wondering if this is just how it's always going to be.

That maybe the problem is you.

It isn't.

You've probably already tried lessons. Been told to try again, keep practising, face your fear, push through it.

But none of those things worked because none of them dealt with what's actually been stopping you.

What if you've been trying to solve the wrong problem?

What if that's why nothing you've tried has worked?

There's something almost nobody explains.

It explains why the panic keeps happening. Why you can't move forwards. And why this has never been about you being ridiculous, weak, or irrational.

These five videos will show you what it is.

More than that, they'll help you experience the difference for yourself.

You'll get a simple exercise you can do from home - the same one I use with people in the water - that starts changing how your body responds.

You won't just understand what's been happening.

You'll feel how it can change.

And once you do...

The way forward becomes clear.

"I went to the pool and just stood in the water. That’s it. But it felt completely different. Calmer, full of possibility"

Joe, 32

"For the first time, it actually felt like there was a way forward."

Anna, 68

"I genuinely thought I was just someone who just panicked in water. This changed how I saw the whole thing."

Chris, 41

What people say after just the first video

Here's why the things you've tried didn't work...and why this does

Most lessons and advice focus on what you should do in the water.

Float. Relax. Let go. Go deeper. Try again. Try harder.

But if the panic hits the moment you try… none of that can work.

Because when panic takes over, floating, letting go, going deeper or putting your face in the water become almost impossible.

And every time it happens, it feels like more evidence that nothing is ever going to change.

So every time you push through, grab the wall, or force yourself to “just do it”… the same panic cycle gets stronger.

That’s why the same thing keeps happening.

And that’s exactly where this is different.

Instead of asking you to keep pushing through panic, I show you the step that breaks the cycle - so the same thing doesn’t keep happening every time you get in the water.

That’s when something different can finally start to happen.

Hi, I'm Sarah

I'm a swimming teacher, and I've spent the last 10 years helping adults who panic in water.

When I first started teaching, I kept seeing the same thing: people who'd followed all the advice, tried lessons, done everything they were supposed to - but couldn't move forward because panic stopped them every time.

Their teachers wanted to help. But they didn't know how.

Because most swimming teachers are taught how to teach swimming. They're not taught how to help someone who panics.

So I started working differently.

Everything I knew about helping people feel comfortable in the water - understanding how the water works, working with it rather than fighting it, breaking it down step by step so you're never overwhelmed - I applied to the panic itself.

That became the method nearly 500 adults have used to finally stop panicking in water.

Now I'd like to show you how it works.

What you'll get

  • 5 short videos (around 10 minutes each), delivered directly to your inbox over 5 days.

  • A simple exercise you can try from home, the same technique I use with people in the water, so you experience the shift before you even get to the pool.

  • You'll understand why the panic keeps happening, why nothing you've tried has worked, and what needs to happen instead.

  • By the end of the five videos, you'll stop blaming yourself. You'll stop wondering if this is just how it's always going to be. You'll be able to see how this can change. And you'll know exactly what to do next.

  • Lifetime access, so you can come back to it whenever you need to.

  • Watch from home - no pool needed to get started.

What changes after five short videos

You'll finally see why the panic keeps happening - and why it was never your fault.

You'll understand what's actually been missing. And for the first time you'll be able to see a way forward that actually makes sense. That you can see will work, even if you've been trying for years.

So the next time you get in the pool, instead of the water feeling like something you have to battle through it starts to feel like possibility.

Like maybe you could float. Let go of the wall. Put your face in. Actually swim.

Like it might finally be possible for you.

  • Why you panic and why it's not your fault

  • Why more lessons, more trying, and more pushing through haven’t changed it

  • The one thing that's been missing all along - that finally makes this possible

  • How to start changing this at home - so the next time you get in the water, it doesn’t feel the same

This is for you if...

You’re fine in water until something changes.

  • Your feet lift.

  • You try to float.

  • You let go of the wall.

  • Water hits your face.

  • You can’t touch the floor.

And suddenly you’re grabbing for the side again.

If you’re tired of wondering: “Why does this keep happening?

Thsi is for you.

What this will and won’t do

This is not a magic fix.

And I’m not going to pretend it is.

It’s a £7 starting point.

But it’s a powerful one.

Because the first change is the most important one, the one that makes everything else possible:

You stop asking "what is wrong with me?"

You stop hoping next time might somehow be different.

You stop beating yourself up every time it happens - because for the first time, it actually makes sense.

And you have something practical to work with instead of just hoping next time will be different.

That changes how you go back to the water.

And if you go through the 5 videos and genuinely feel no clearer about why this keeps happening, email me and I’ll refund your £7.

Most advice tells you to focus on what to do in the water.

Float. Let go. Stand up. Swim. Practise more. Try to relax.

So you keep trying.

But if you panic every time you try, you’re just repeating the same experience. Going round in circles.

That’s exhausting.

And it’s exactly where most approaches get this wrong.

The problem isn’t that you haven’t tried hard enough.

It’s that panic is stopping you learning.

So instead of asking you to keep doing the thing that panics you and hoping this time it’ll be different…

this shows you what actually stops the panic in the first place.

What people say

"I wasn’t dreading the water in the same way. I wasn’t beating myself up about it. I could just be there without all the pressure I normally put on myself. It wasn’t perfect but it was so much calmer."

JA 57

It’s Time for a Different Approach

How much longer will you:

  • Keep trying the same things that just don’t work?

  • Blame yourself for feeling ‘too scared’ or ‘not brave enough’?

  • Miss out on family holidays, wishing it could be different?

  • Spend time, energy, and money on lessons that ignore your panic – or leave you frustrated and humiliated from trying to ‘just push through’ or 'just relax'?

  • Watch from the sidelines while everyone else has fun?

  • Carry that exhausting weight of feeling like you're the only one who struggles with this?

The answer starts here. And right now it’s just £27 instead of the usual price of £47.

Your Investment

Think about what you've already spent:

Private lessons: £40-60 each

Group classes: £15-25 each

Years of trying: Hundreds of pounds

This costs less than one private lesson.

Limited Time: Just £7 (Save £40)

"I stopped thinking of myself as someone who can’t swim. I started thinking of myself as someone who just hadn’t been shown the right way.”

Ben T 33

"I've had lots and lots of lessons over the years costing a fortune and not one teacher addressed the fear and anxiety...until I found Sarah."

Jackie A

Why is it only £7?

Because I feel very strongly that this needs to be accessible.

Too many people have been let down; wasting time energy and money on lessons, therapy or well-meaning advice that didn’t stand a chance of working.

Not because they failed… but because the people helping them just didn't understand what was really going on - or how to help.

This challenge explains why panic keeps happening and why the usual approaches haven’t worked.

It gives you the real solution that’s been missing all along - and I truly belive that you shouldn’t have to spend a fortune to find it.

Still Have Questions?

Can something this short really make a difference?

Yes. Because the problem isn't that you don't know enough. The problem is that nobody has explained what's actually been stopping you. Once you understand it, everything changes. And you won't just learn about it, you'll experience the shift for yourself with a simple exercise you can do from home. Most people tell me they felt different after the first video.

Why is it only £7?

Because I want as many people as possible to understand this. The shame and regret people carry around panic in water is enormous. If £7 means more people finally understand what's been happening, that's what matters.

What makes this different from advice or lessons?

Lessons teach you how to swim. Advice tells you to relax, breathe, or push through. These videos explain why the panic keeps happening and what's been missing from everything you've tried. More importantly, you'll experience the difference for yourself before you even get to the pool.

What if I had a bad experience in water or my fear feels too deep. Will this still work?

Yes. The method I teach isn't about pushing through fear or trying harder. It's about understanding what's actually happening and learning how to change it. That works whether your panic started last year or 50 years ago. Many of the people I help felt exactly the same..

I'm already having lessons - will this still help?

Yes. In fact this will help make your lessons more useful. Most swimming teachers aren't taught how to help with panic. If your lessons haven't helped you feel calmer in the water, these videos will show you what's been missing.

Do I need to get in the water?

Not to start. The first exercise can be done from home. You'll experience the shift before you even get to the pool.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll receive the first video immediately. The remaining four videos will be delivered to your inbox over the next four days around the same time that you sign up. Watch them whenever suits you. You can save them and you have lifetime access, so you can come back to them whenever you need to.

You don't have to keep wondering why this keeps happening.

You don't have to keep blaming yourself.

You don't have to keep hoping next time will somehow be different.

You need to understand what's really been stopping you.

Because once you do, the way forward becomes clear.

The one thing nearly 500 people have told me?

"I wish someone had shown me this years ago."

Now it's your turn.
